今天这个低评价完全是给艺龙app 服务简直垃圾到不行 今天是我们纪念日 所以订房的时候特意标注了“一定安排大床房” 结果来到酒店被告知艺龙订的是双床房！打电话去艺龙协调 艺龙客服表示“就算你勾选了一定安排大床，也是由酒店给你们安排大床或双床的，不能保证一定是大床” 既然如此 为什么平台不在第一时间先通知客户？如果一开始就通知了 我们就会取消订单订别的啊！！选项当中还包括一个“尽量安排大床” 难道“一定”和“尽量”是同一个意思吗？？？最可笑的是客服的态度 完全没有一丁点歉意 全程只表示“不是我们艺龙的问题，我们不会给你退款，也无法帮你协调” 从头到尾连句抱歉都没有 难怪之前听朋友说用艺龙订房如果入住碰到问题 是很难解决的 因为艺龙只重视自己的利益 根本没有考虑过客户的感受和体验！今天自己遇到了问题才深以为然！从用艺龙开始已经在这个app累计订了几万元的房了 从现在开始就会把这个app卸载掉 也奉劝各位出游的朋友 谨慎选择订房app 别让原本值得期待的旅程因为不负责任的订房app而变成糟糕的旅程！
