這裏服務非常好，尤其是前台的朱小姐，真的要給個讚, 很nice,非常有耐心，做事又細心不厭其煩的幫忙我跟解釋，她非常敬業！很喜歡她，真有五星級酒店的服務和水準，
這家店服務敢說是我在大陸住過服務最好的酒店！酒店房間舒適衛生及清潔度很好！酒店位置和環境也不錯，送的柑也很各甜，好吃好吃，交通方便，坐車還可以直達酒店門外,服務人員很熱情，樂于提供各種幫助，早餐豐富好吃。設施很人性化，很值得推薦,性價比高,

酒店的大堂满大气的，地理位置也不错，周边有商场和茶餐厅。门口干净的大马路上，挂满了新年灯笼，很喜庆。因为是有年头的酒店了，客房的户型设计都偏小。定了大床房，又自费升级成豪华大床房，在最高的5楼。卫生间的墙壁，如图所视不忍直视啊??。对比起前一天在广州住的同等价格的五星酒店，落差很大啊。性价比不高，除了服务还算满意，感觉可以有更好的选择！谢谢礼宾部热情友好的接待
