毕竟五星级酒店，各方面都不错，设施、服务、环境都跟得上，小朋友也很喜欢。私家海滩很方便，游泳池海水随意切换。就是沙子稍微差了一些，水质不够清洁，不断有垃圾、石块之类的冲上来，也有专门工作人员在不停清理。不过最大的意见，是觉得作为五星级酒店，还故意多收住客的停车费！退房时，都给顾客说的是：楼下扫码即可。（注意，是楼下，不是对面礼宾部。对面礼宾部也不主动出示，而是要问她才出示二维码扫描免费停车）楼下扫描是要住客自费停车费的。这么大五星级酒店，顾客在酒店的消费都够可以的吧，还有这样的操作这样的服务，贪这些蝇头小利，也是让人无言以对了！从这些细节就可以看到酒店的服务管理的问题，是意识还是利益呢？

之前就听很多朋友推荐，都说这个酒店地理位置好，酒店房间就可以看到很棒的海景，室外游泳池漂亮，亲眼看见，还真是不错！酒店里面就有沙滩，真是放松休闲的好地方。早餐品类丰富选择性也挺多的，环境优美。酒店员工也非常热情，服务态度好。酒店附近有个奥特莱斯有很多品牌的折扣，例如gap都是打6折，总体不错，总之下次度假我还会选择这里！！！！
