酒店管理太不人性化了，通过艺龙帮朋友预订两晚，由于急事行程改变，拟取消一晚或延期入住，艺龙网站多次与酒店协调都不允许，明显就是要钱吗!

非常好的酒店，就在景区里，空气好，房间景观都是一流，订的房里含双日游套票，非常划算。适合带一家老小过来度假，安静地住两天。只是现在夏季，遇暴雨多，很多游乐设施下雨不开，有点遗憾，尤其是心心念念的小火车这段时间都不开，很可惜。其实酒店应该在备注里提早说明，客人可根据情况安排时间，满怀期待过来，还是有点失望。br住店那晚还有点插曲，夜里12点多喝醉了酒的客人走错了门，猛敲我的房门，我独自带孩子住，不敢开门，跟他说敲错了，他完全不听。无奈打总机电话，十来分钟后保安才把人劝走，吵闹了足有20分钟，把孩子都吵醒了。说明酒店太大，安保措施还是不到位，如果近处就有保安，肯定处理起来会更快。后来酒店经理也打电话来致歉，我表示理解，只是这样的插曲毕竟让人很不愉快。
