酒店很棒，虽然是十多年的老酒店，翻新的房间，除了个别局部的细节，几乎没有陈旧的痕迹。酒店大堂很特别，很赞。美中不足的是，个别员工业务不熟，服务态度也不理想。酒店大堂一角客服处，入住当天想兑换温泉票，居然答复要去温泉处才能兑换，结果第二天另一位值班，最后还是在客服处兑换。
最坑爹的其实是艺龙，订单经常会出现这样那样，因艺龙工作失误而造成的问题。例如，本次订房的套餐含有温泉券，艺龙产品介绍及订单居然没有告知，导致没有带泳衣，非常折腾。看来以后还是要少用艺龙，多比较其他品牌的订房网站。
