酒店很棒 房间的浴缸很大 在自己房间泡盐浴挺不错的额 没必要去买温泉票去泡温泉 服务什么都还可以 就是送餐时间比较久 可选的配餐少 有待提高

房间比较陈旧，房间内各种设施老旧也没有更换，服务员很强势，12点到店必须三点才能进房间入住，次日又要求必须12点之前退房，性价比不高，强烈不推荐。

晚上到酒店，告知艺龙订单没收到，结果打电话给艺龙客服，和酒店沟通后，酒店答应先办入住，但要付3000元预授权。结果第二天离店时又说还没拿到订单，说可以先离开，下午六点会统一退款。到现在都好多天了还没收到授权退款，真的要等到30天吗？还是故意的？要是我忘了会不会就不退了？

酒店环境还可以，酒店设施存在较大安全隐患，房间和厕所中间有一个窗台，窗台底下是浴缸，窗户是大理石台面，床和窗台之间距离太近，床又特别高，小孩子在床上玩耍要非常小心，很容易磕到窗户，酒店里面有一个湖，湖周边没有安全护栏，建议带小孩子的旅客慎重考虑。
