非常惊喜的一次入住，新开业没多久的酒店，在深圳也可以感受到海南渡假的悠闲。我们预订的是豪华海景房，入住时帮我们升级到了至尊海景房，因为是过结婚纪念日，办理入住时和Elsa提了一下，Elsa马上安排同事帮我们布置了房间，有贺卡和玫瑰花相伴，增加了很多浪漫的气氛，还为我们提供了蛋糕，最贴心的是我们带着小宝宝，帮我们延迟了退房，非常感谢Elsa贴心细致的关怀，及酒店的服务，非常棒。
酒店的环境也一流的，硬件设施非常智能，都可以体会的酒店设置的人性化关怀，沙滩，泳池非常棒，下次还会再去，非常愉快的一次入住

没有私人沙滩，打车叫车不便利，吃饭点有点远，其他都是比较好的，有待改善，希望出门会改善，还能再去的。
