酒店設施完善，早餐食物接近港人口味，而且經常補充新鮮食物，的確做得很好。整個觀瀾湖生活圈相當大，唯只靠20分鐘一班的19座至廿多座的小巴以接駁到附近地點及MH Mall確實令入住旅客不便，於暑假高峰期需要等上2至3班車，令各人浪費相當多的寶貴時間，未能參觀更多的地方！

入住时发现阳台上还有垃圾。我们下午三点半才能进房，但要求12:00前必须退房。房间隔音也不好。

酒店环境非常好，到处是绿林和草地，空气也非常清新。酒店免费停车，还有巴士接送到附近商场和景点，出门很方便。我是带着老人和孩子3家人一起来度假，开始时因为人数多，加上要求双床原因没住在一起，后来客服经理知道后，想尽一切办法帮我们安排住在一起，非常感谢，服务超级棒！一次非常愉快的假期，以后还会再来并推荐给更多人。超5星?????

作为幼儿园毕业旅行，去了久闻大名的观澜湖度假酒店。果然没有选错。酒店环境很好，配套设施也很不错，是个亲子居家旅游的好去处！推荐！

这里的房间又大又豪华 还有游泳池 宝宝乐园 小孩玩得不亦悦乎
开车2分钟的上场吃喝玩乐都能满足

服务很好 ，这次免费给升级了房间一家三口住了一套110的感觉空间真的很大，外面环境非常好，高尔夫酒店绿化真的非常好，游泳池健身房都很不错，由于第二天下雨走的比较早没怎么逛 其他地方都没体验到，总的来说一次非常不错的体验。
