设施性价比低，服务极差。
1、订房第一天，订的科幻房，给我一个欧式，要求换房，非要说科幻房没有了，后来反复要求才同意换房，事实是有房，不按订单安排还不想给换。
2、欧式房间破旧，欧式应该是豪华装修，但是房间装修简单，色彩艳俗，设施老旧，完全不符合欧式基本要求。
3、半夜回酒店，在前台续了下卡，结果一个男服务员就跟着我，我还很奇怪为什么这么殷勤，结果上电梯的时候问我要不要服务，我问什么服务，他说桑拿按摩，欲言又止的样子明显暗示还有别的不好说。呵呵，一个网上标五星的酒店竟然还有服务员拉皮条？第一次遇见！
4、我定的房间有早餐，订单上写的很清楚，打电话咨询早餐时间，结果告知我我的房间没有早餐，我说订单上写的有，对方先是怀疑不是我自己定的房，然后问我是不是看错了，我说是我定的也没看错之后，就开始踢皮球，先说转前台，前台又说让我去找订房的服务商，我一个住户找网站要早餐？然后反复讲这是服务商发错订单，就是不解决问题，不停推卸责任，本来就是跟我对了订单加个早餐再去跟服务商慢慢处理的问题，非要推来推去，浪费我半个多小时，完全没有基本的服务意识。
