酒店离坪山候机楼很近，走路8分钟，打车10多元。在那里可以办理登机手续，乘大巴到机场一站到，40分钟一辆车，35元，打车则要200多元！酒店附近商铺有一些，对面有一个小店，其粿条正宗，店面干净。酒店附近的工地较多，略显脏乱。毕竟坪山在市郊，还在发展中，发展空间巨大。
酒店在办理入住时给了一间边上的房间，天棚有一片黑霉（如图）。后换了房间，房间正常，干净整洁。酒店服务一般，在办理入住时，没有人帮助提大箱子，只能自己抬，离店时也没有人帮忙，这个要加强。
