我订的大套房和一个大床房，开始的男经理很好，看我在网上订直接给我更低的价格，我就现付，最后我想升级下大床房，补个差价，结果前台一个女的给我升级的价格比网上贵多，我说找开始的男经理，结果那女的来句找他一样价，找他也没用，反正就不给我问，态度相当差，刚好最后男经理来协调了，服务五星完全看在男经理上，如果是那女的，直接1星，更年期啊，什么玩意，我来花钱不是来看你的脸色...然后酒店设施还是不错，空间很大，很干净，有五星标准 。最后第二天退房里面的王老吉和屈臣氏什么我问了的确没人用过，估计你们服务员前一天打扫没注意，我赶飞机所以不纠结了，但是必须澄清下，的确没用过
总结：以后还是首选，但是那种恶劣态度的女前台请别再让我遇见了，好歹五星酒店
