明显低于预期。雅致房45平，实际感觉只有不到30平，层高很矮，感觉压抑，跟翡翠店差太远了，还比翡翠店贵150以上，不值得。后悔不该定桃园店，是圣淘沙的粉丝，这次试试桃园店没想到踩雷了。唯一认可的是泳池还不错。
