早餐非常丰盛，选择很多；房间设施新颖，采光效果佳，床垫舒适，睡眠质量特好，特别喜欢房间的小方桌，方便读书写字；服务态度特棒，每个员工都很热情、积极主动，特别是前台Selena帮我看房、耐心介绍酒店设施、在信息系统备注我对房型的要求。总之是一次非常好的入住体验，以后来深圳会经常入住。强烈推荐！

除了舒适还是舒适！离深圳北站有一段约20分钟的车程，却很喜欢这偏安一隅的宁静，没有身处城市的喧嚣；酒店装修很精致，处处有景致；服务很贴心，火候恰好的问候和笑容让人感觉恰恰好，特别是提供酒店服务的peggy和Eric让人感觉宾至如归，很贴心；早餐也很好，最重要的是那晚睡得很踏实，旅途中很难得…

早餐品种多，口味好，环境佳，值回票价。酒店有很多娱乐设施，特别是空中泳池，孩子特别喜欢。酒店位置在南山中心，闹中带静，停车场有地下两层，目前停车量只有4成不到，不要停车费，十分方便。无论是前台还是西餐厅，服务员态度都十分热情周到。总的来说，是一次非常好的体验，下次到深圳还要住这里。
