住了4天，每天九百多的房费，让我体验到的服务还不如一些快捷酒店，前台态度极差、办理入住连了你好都不会说！设施老化～大堂天天放着入住酒店的旅客可以免费体验一次桑拿的屏幕广告，一问就说过节期间没有，办理退房后，到大堂想上个洗手间说再装修，结果洗手间可以正常使用，我不知道这到底算欺瞒消费者还是算误导消费者，“五星酒店”这服务可真够棒！！！
