wifi要收90多，电视没有卫视直播，没有电影，动画片点播，房间味道重，亲眼看见清洁人员用湿拖把拖地毯，也不干燥，床舒服

挺喜欢的，地理位置好的，楼下商场很方便。前台的人员太少，中午最忙的时候就2人，不管入住还是要退房就得排队等，着急赶车的朋友一定要提前半小时办理退房才好。

我入住的第一晚的房间，床居然直接到了窗边(肯定没有40平米)，窗前还挂了个硕大的吊灯(很突兀很拙劣，感觉是住了一个假的威斯汀。第二天投诉后虽然换了个房间，但感觉仍然名不符实。

感觉和其他地方的威斯丁比整体上差了一点，可能是我们入住当天有排球运动员入住，服务员比较忙，在大堂里面推着大箱子也没有被帮忙，门口的迎宾服务更贴心一些，不管是进店还是离店都有主动帮忙
