房间内被褥阴冷潮湿，一宿无法入睡；浴缸横放在洗手间入口处，进出都较为不便；衣帽间照明灯使用一次后即再也无法点亮；总之，酒店的体验感较差。

超级棒的酒店，不管是硬件还是软件服务都称得上超5??星，服务更是人性化，服务员打扫时看见我洗衣服了，就给我备了移动衣架把衣服挂上去了，让人感觉很温暖，在网上定了一个晚上含早的，后来办理入住时又续住了三个晚上，前台就给我送了孩子的早餐，很是贴心，房间更是没话说，给前台说明是带小孩来旅游的，就给了观景房，拉开窗帘就可以看见世界之窗，晚上夜景着实很棒??
