首先啊，投诉网络不好，他说就这样，后来来了一个服务员，帮我连接，显示WIFI连一个格都没有，但是连上了，也没有建立网络，只是连上了，他就走了，
再后来，投诉艺龙，艺龙说预付的，不能换不能退，我说能不能加钱，换一个好一点的，也说不行，我说艺龙，钱你们收了，然后服务有问题，嘛就不管了，预付的话应该把服务做更好才对，因为预付存在风险，都是客户担着，服务再做不好，艺龙你玩的是嘛？
我是一年出差一半以上的人，每次五星级连锁酒店，如果投诉，对方立马挑换或者小礼品，这边就差的真不是一点。
网络处理了几次了，最后服务员对讲机换房，前台说，他是预付的，不能换！！！
图片你能看到，Test是他们说的能用的，一点信号都没有。
最强的那个，连上了，也不能用，没有网络，
前台，死活不换房。
我真了个去了，
各位，预付艺龙的事，千万别做，预付把你的服务拉到了最**差的地步。
还是国际连锁的靠谱，而且别用艺龙，再说一遍，别用艺龙，我个去，晚饭次没吃呢，一个破网络

酒店装饰太奢华了，门口屹立着我见过最威武雄壮的狮子，应该是跟天狮集团有关。房间面积很大，靠窗有独立浴缸。从窗户看出去有的房间在带独立泳池…… 酒店有露天泳池，太奢侈了。可惜地处开发区，很冷清，感觉不到有人，附近没有吃的没有玩的，打的都打不到，只能叫黑车。搞不懂这酒店没有什么客人是怎么支撑下去的，装修简直五星级了。早餐也没什么客人，一般般。

服务真的太差了呀。前台什么都搞不清楚，5/1来外面气温30度，酒店内不开空调，还指导你开窗户就行，要电风扇也没668的房价这样的水准，只能当被唬了，那么偏僻的地方⋯⋯真想哭
