网上预订的汤品房含双早，五点多到正门登记寄存背包去佛罗伦萨小镇，晚上从佛罗伦萨小镇回住的地方，吃晚饭出租司机把我们放到了集团里另外的商务酒店，打电话让正门前台把行李送到房间，告诉我自己拿，还说您自己放的行李您不认识正门前台在哪儿，最后是说可以送，第一次来我得去到温泉酒店呀对吧，不认识路啊，前台和这边儿前台也没沟通好，好，我就和我媳妇儿在这场区里黑灯瞎火的自己找路去住的地儿拿着房卡，酒店自始至终也没派人领我们去，也没告诉我到底怎么走，大晚上我们自己看路牌，兜了半天，摸到正门到前台一看我包放柜台，最后一工作人员不情愿的带我们到那儿。还就开了门儿，也不告诉房间在哪儿。这就是这次的用户体验。我是桔子水晶的会员，从室内设计到软实力，这奥兰际德就是一没文化不专业的土炮酒店…下次一定不会再订这儿住了
