第二次来了，这次酒店升级了，住一晚上可以泡两天温泉，第二天先退房，房卡不退，泡完温泉再退房卡和住宿押金，玩的很好，自助餐厅的早餐和午餐还是一如既往的好，孩子都不想走，下次还会来的！温泉和自助餐厅以及前台的服务都很好！酒店紧挨着天狮集团总部，适合在里面散步！

环境挺好的，房间卫生也不错，就是服务一般，没人主动带着去房间，找了好久才有人来带，温泉不错，带孩子来玩很好，总的来说还不错吧

服务很好，很热情，有问题都能及时解决，价格不贵，房间很大，布置很用心，孩子喜欢。缺点吃饭不是很方便，只能自助。房型没有冰箱，没有挂衣服的地方，阳台的泳池实际不能使用。

第二次来了，环境佳，服务好，温泉虽然不大但是很适合孩子玩，房间内也可以泡，孩子很喜欢，离佛罗伦萨小镇8公里，总体不错。

房间跟适合亲子，猪猪侠，很可爱，有帐篷，有木马。空间足够宽敞。阳台有超大温泉池，藤椅躺椅，都很不错。但作为所谓五星级酒店，竟然冰箱都没有，有点说不过去。酒店很新，甚至有些设施还在兴建，但卫生间的门关不上，不太理解。总体还是很好的，尤其服务很好。对了，2楼中餐厅的港式茶餐厅太一般了，呴咸，菜品味道太差。
