首先说说优点，房间设施很全，很高档，住的很舒服，前台服务态度很好！缺点：房间见不到太阳，很潮湿，瓷砖的地面一直湿漉漉很滑，服务生问啥啥不知道，早餐实在太差！

位置好，服务好，设施好。两个大人两个孩子，两室两厅两卫，住得非常舒服。犹如一套百平米的家庭住宅。电磁炉，餐具，洗衣机，烘干机……一应俱全。很舒适的体验。

周围位置还是很好的，开车过来稍微问了一下路，回房间略曲折，指示不是特别明显，不过房间非常给力，两室的空间都非常大，很适合一家人出来度假，入住舒服，推荐.

酒店硬件设施不错只是服务人员较少需要咨询的时候几乎找不到人，再有就是工作人员服务意识太差对住店客人态度冷漠，前台服务人员跟大爷一样客人上前询问事情没有主动起立回答而是坐在那儿随便应付让人感觉十分不舒服。两次入住泰达旗下酒店感受都是冷漠不热情，即使房间再好以后也不会选择入住了！从没为哪家酒店如此认真的评价过，你们是第一家也是感受最差的一家。提高人员素质和服务意识比华丽的装潢更重要！
