很差很差的体验，进门前台目光就不友善，当我提出一些常住酒店习惯性的要求时变得更不友善，拖鞋用湿了再要一双要收18块，连抽纸和沐浴露也要收钱，请问这是五星级的酒店公寓所应该质问客人的吗？？？还有地处偏僻旁边也没什么可吃的东西，很多地方都在改造建设，环境也不好，绝对不建议选择，早餐也相当一般，不值！电视打开也没有频道，半夜说要拍技术人员来我房间看看，客服人员完全不懂怎么操作，培训很差！！！

非常好的酒店公寓。设施齐全，有微波炉、洗衣机，洗碗机等。而且地点好在一大街，紧邻轻轨站和友谊商厦，闹中取静。

设施很好，厨具碗筷都是双立人的。服务到位，从前台到餐厅到车库，保安，都很有服务意识。
房间里的插座还配有USB，插座数量众多。

环境很好，保安服务很不错，卫生很干净。环境很安静。厨房的用具很齐全。可以自己买菜做饭，不过要自己准备做菜的佐料。很喜欢。
