悦榕庄连锁，淡季来体验，最爽的是圆形大浴缸，屋内设施齐全，但是过于老旧。前台和礼宾非常热情，软件服务到位。不足的是酒店大堂居然没有一个垃圾桶，问保洁，保洁也说没有。房间内的一次性用品也是有些简陋，不配五星级标准。而且没有一次性浴帽，不应该。儿童用品不住儿童房不给儿童牙刷和牙膏，还是建议给一套，一般五星酒店现在都配备。

下午2点到的，到4点房间才做出来，期间没茶没水，各地悦榕庄就天津这家体验最差，两个房间入住 一进屋就一股潮湿的味道，让人感觉很不舒服。早餐简单无所谓，至少都做的精一些也能接受，但是这家悦榕庄的早餐真是太差劲了。
