酒店位置不错，海河边上，对面就是古文化街，离天津之眼也很近。前台服务人员很热心，晚上办理入住时还没吃饭，前台听说孩子想吃披萨，特意推荐一家店，味道还不错。酒店设施不行，房间内抽屉变形，很多抽屉要使劲才能打开，WiFi信号非常差，根本连不上，打宾客服务打电话，给我答复是先试试，不行再说，等第二天问前台，前台说那边几个房间信号都不好，可以连个路由器，我特别想问一句，为什么晚上不说呢？再有，早知道信号不好为什么不提前做好措施呢？还有就是瓶装水，你住就给6瓶，离店当天就给2瓶，这就是待客之道吗？是说让我赶紧走，别浪费你们资源吗？
