设施高大上，服务感受一般，但特别想感谢温泉中心一楼零售点的员工赵丽丽，老人泡温泉时不小心磕破了膝盖，她第一时间帮助涂药处理，特别热情周到，非常让人感动，表示衷心感谢🙏

房间特别高大上，而且卫生间浴池那还有单独的电视，住的湖景房，阳台视野也好。不好的地方是，这么贵的房费不送温泉劵，说要住温泉那边的房间才送，到了那里才知道是两个楼，两个酒店，是分开的。

住的汤屋，卫生间反味，而且空调要好久才能把温度升上来。好的地方是可以不限次数进出公共温泉，而且不用出楼，可以在房间换好衣服再去。屋里的私汤池子水温可以自己调，而且水温挺热的，旁边就有淋浴，不用再上卫生间洗，这点也挺好。

酒店设施和服务都很好。就是房间不大，浴缸独立出来，可以泡汤，但这样感觉怪怪的，哈哈，不如汤池有感觉。室内设施还可以，适合小朋友。室外温泉也不错，也很干净。
