我吃个早饭，来了三个人跟我说我的房间没有早餐。我已经说了，我预定的时候有，还是过来不停的问我？？？好好吃个早餐的心情都没了，那态度跟我蹭你们早饭似的？最后说去问前台，问了也没有给我答复是什么情况。这服务真是醉了

不能再差的入住体验，4点半给了房卡没收拾出来，晚上7点半还是没收拾出来，最终换房，整个过程没有服务员提前告知，都是自己发现没收拾，然后催，太差太差

1.无宝宝洗澡浴盆，一般4星以上酒店都应该有。2.没有对客户对于房间位置的询问。离电梯太远，带着1岁多的宝宝每次坐电梯走那么远，实在不方便。
