很好的一次体验，所有的酒店服务人员都笑容满面，感觉非常亲切。出行非常便捷，酒店周边购物和美食体验都很不错。环境一流，餐厅氛围特别喜欢，只是早餐品种不太多。酒店服务很贴心，送上了水果和马卡龙，一扫等待修复电路的不快。

服务人员都会很贴心，这点是以后还会住四季的理由吧。要说有问题的地方就是安排的房间11层的走廊装修味道浓重，房间内也有些味儿，在密闭的空间即使换气开着也觉得不舒服。

中规中矩的五星级酒店，地理位置不错，离和平区的景点都比较近，步行可达。设施较新，酒店人员服务态度很好，前台、行李员、工作人员都比较热情，这是最让人满意的地方。

地理位置优越，周围商场林立，酒店内设施齐全，服务很贴心到位，细致周到，有问必答，有求必应，疲惫的几天泡澡和休息后缓解了很多压力，最后预约了叫车服务也很到位，非常满意！
