总体来说是非常满意的一次入住！来酒店前因为不知道具体位置，给酒店打过几次电话，前台都很耐心的解答，到达酒店后也很顺利的办理了入住，并由前台引导到电梯口，很周到，订的是双床房，房间在12楼，进门后感觉豁然开朗，气派的落地窗映入眼帘，孩子飞似的跑到窗边张望，门口有酒店提前准备好的水果和矿泉水，再往里是电视，屏幕上还有迎宾语，很高大上啊，再去看看浴室和卫生间，干净明亮，大大的浴缸让人有马上要泡澡的冲动。放下行李，带着孩子来到8层的健身房和游泳池玩耍，环境着实不错，玩累了就下楼找吃的，酒店位置在天津商业街啊，想吃什么下楼就有，真是黄金地段啊！晚上睡觉也很舒服，基本上没什么声音，一觉大天亮！因为是下午的航班，所以

卫生不错，房间很安静，窗帘和淋雨科技感十足。
电视里频道多样，轻音乐不错。
服务人员和旅游城市以及国外酒店相比，服务意识有一定差距。

很满意，早餐对我们来说很精致，环境很优雅，可能是吃早餐的人都很低声说话吧😂 离五大道很近，慢慢走20多分钟到，酒店对面是购物金融中心，有一个书香面馆，让我们惊喜，好好吃。酒店旁边那个购物中心，楼上好几家吃的，我们选择了云南菜，好吃。最后离开的时候还看了公寓样板房，差点买了😂
