住过国内不少五星或豪华酒店，天津各方面都堪称优秀，只是这次check in的时间有些过长，虽然提供了休息场所和免费饮品，但中途也没任何通知还需等候的时间，考虑到是长假的高峰期也算可以接受，而且酒店客户还专程打电话致歉，也算有诚意了。总体说还是非常值得推荐的。
