优势：位置好，泳池在高层，人少水温合适，有较为精心的节日活动策划
劣势：较为陈旧；装修过于复杂，房间内为了充分利用空间，恨不得马桶都做成内嵌式的，滨海新区这么大的地方，非要住的和香港一样。
