很不错的酒店！硬件好，服务也不错。送过去小孩子的拖鞋，温馨。早餐很丰盛。美中不足，前台接待似乎不太熟练，我记得网上订的是双床，问都没问，就给了大床房。好在大床足够大，有2米多了。

首先肯定的是这家酒店的服务。很满意！第一，入住前选了很多家，没想到这家酒店有婴儿床，一大惊喜，大人和两个宝贝都能休息好！其二，有免费停车场，免去外出回来找停车位的烦恼。第三，酒店13层（印象中是13）自带小宝宝能玩的淘气堡，带着1岁多的小孩不想出去玩，在酒店里就能满足小宝的娱乐。第四，自助早餐很丰富，就餐环境好，有宝宝餐椅。天津煎饼的味道不错，每日首选！第五，售后服务好，离店那天因为带着孩子，朋友帮着结的账，回家才发现多收了100，联系酒店后前台姓贾的一位女士积极帮着查找问题，最后在约定时间给了答复，并已办理了退款。虽然钱数不多，但酒店的服务态度和守信给我们留下深刻的印象，以后去滨海新区首先假日酒店。
