酒店房间宽敞，设施比较新，除此之外这次入住没有满意的地方：
1.购买的温泉特享房间，入住告知一间房只有一张温泉票，加一张50元。温泉很小，而且不提供水果及饮用水。
2.办理入住效率特别低，等到两点房间还没收拾完，后面还有很多客人在等候。带着老人孩子只能在旁边没收拾好的房间休息，等他们打扫完毕才能入住。
3.好不容易入住之后，发现两件明显用过的，很赃的浴衣堆放在衣柜没有更换，打电话给服务员，结果来了看也不看就问我是不是浴衣只是没有系带。
4.晚上中餐厅居然不能点餐，别的餐厅也不开放，只能被迫吃108一位的自助餐，而且食物不是很丰富。大晚上荒郊野地的也没法出去吃饭了，只能被宰。
总之，服务很差，服务员也很少，离五星级差太太远了。

酒店非常不错，环境优美，服务优质，湖景别墅很大，坐在露台观湖、聊天很悠闲，还可以钓鱼。很喜欢这里，已经来过好几次了。

非常好的酒店，装修很有品味，湖景别墅景色很美，主楼的一楼也很有感觉，早餐也不错吧虽然比不上连锁星级酒店的早餐。退房时服务员把遗忘在房间的IPAD及时归还。总的来说还是非常值得推荐的酒店！

酒店的环境很好，有儿童室内室外的玩乐设施，还有室内室外温泉，房间也很宽敞。只是酒店周边不太方便，远离市区，就餐也只能在酒店内，餐厅价格偏高。 另外酒店价格和同程报价一样，同程网价格没什么优势。

酒店微笑服务让人难忘，尤其前台和餐厅的服务。期间房间服务，也很及时。服务态度依旧的好。温泉，尤其户外的很惬意，点的饮料很快送到，服务，依旧好！难忘的旅行。还要常来。
