度假的酒店绝对一流，尤其是对于喜欢钓鱼的同志们，坐在屋子外面就可以钓鱼，就是蚊子很厉害啊。
早餐很一般，和五星有点不太匹配。

很不错的度假酒店，别墅房间有私人温泉，环境不错，较开阔适合小孩玩耍，有淘气包*早餐味道还好，咖啡太差，样品数量跟其它五星比较少*

有史以来住过问题最多的酒店，13：30到店，17：00才有房间，订的4室的别墅，我的房间淋浴下水堵了，交涉后给换了间，一个屋厕所水龙头按下去弹不起来，一个屋淋浴关不上。客服的态度不错，可硬件条件实在是太差了。

5.1假期，酒店接待能力严重不足，管理混乱。下午2：00到店，等到4:30才能入住，预定的房间也被售出，很气愤，本要发火，但前台接待人员的耐心、好脾气让我哭笑不得。好吧，还是推荐。

第二次入住湖景别墅了，感觉非常好，温泉水滑，名符其实的温泉，不是烧开的洗澡水，家人非常喜欢，就是晚餐简单了点，还会再次来

非常愉快的一次入住经历，环境优美、服务贴心周到、全部的服务人员都拥有美好的笑容、周全的礼貌、优雅的耐心等等，都凸显出管理团队的专业与敬业，这在天津并不是很容易享受到的。更值得一提的是对携带小孩的照顾非常暖心，有种回家的感觉。非常好的一次度假，大人孩子都非常满意，值得推荐，以后一定常来光顾。
