酒店的面积和客房应该是达到五星了，但是服务差一定的距离。十.一入住客多，有在大堂等了4个小时居然还有大群人没拿到房卡的，也有带老人小孩的受不了啦在闹，有点按闹分配的节奏。房间里下水道返味严重，卫生间没有排气系统，无窗有阳台但是锁死了；无饮水杯、茶叶、咖啡，服务员解释忙不过来都没放置。
