住过最差的一家万豪，9月15号孩子在酒店住了一晚，就身体过敏了，前提是孩子的洗护和饮食都是我自带他平时用的，绝对排出食物过敏，后来找经酒店崔经理投诉协调，崔经理承诺只要医生证明是接触性过敏，酒店同意退客房费用和报销孩子医疗费用。我们随后带孩子回北京看病，确诊是皮肤接触性过敏，但是时候酒店崔经理一改之前的谦和的态度，翻脸不认账，坚决不退客房费用，电话沟通时也无比无耻，全无服务意识，直接挂掉了我的电话居然。希望所有带孩子去这家酒店的父母，请再三斟酌，这家酒店服务很差，体验非常不好，劝大家不要去了。

地理位置好。设施也不错。只是前台有点混乱。一队排队退房，另外一队开发票。只是拍错对，服务员竟不会告诉！直接告诉你这边开发票，不办理！也许比较忙，服务全程无笑脸。和其他地方的万豪有差距。
