前台服务特别差，让我们等着订单，问了两次什么时候艺龙的传真能传过来，服务员很不耐烦告诉我们，不行您就退了，去别的地方住吧，确实没见过这种回答，很是无语！n

服务态度很好。位置优越便㨗。只是大毛巾不是很干净，比较黑，第一天的毛巾上还有黄褐斑。总的来说还是很好的一家。我们第一次到天津，留下了很好的印象。

酒店最棒的地方是地理位置和服务态度，位置优越，离天津之眼和古文化街非常近，附近有一家津菜典藏和大福来，都是天津当地特色美食，酒店服务态度很好，出现问题解决迅速且容易让人接受，唯一稍有不足就是早餐品种不够丰富，小孩子吃的东西太少，好在附近吃早饭的地方很多，可以弥补这一不足
