很高兴这次选择了天津泛太平洋大酒店，和朋友一起去天津玩，在网上对比了很久最终挑选了这家酒店，酒店地理位置非常不错，彼临古文化街、海河、天津之眼，出行游玩购物都特别方便。酒店设施也很不错，整体风格很现代，房间打扫很干净。前台接待的小姐姐很热情，办理入住也很快，打电话给客服询问怎么上网，服务员非常耐心地解释。另外，酒店的自助餐也不错，和朋友一起吃的很开心。

环境优美，就在海河的边上，去古文化街和鼓楼都不远，周围都是成熟的生活区，吃住很方便，酒店的服务也不错出门帮忙拿行李、开车门，进门主动打招呼，打扫卫生的很及时和有耐心，很不错的一次体验！

酒店位置非常好，床品，早餐，洗澡水都很好，尤其是酒店对面的耳朵眼店早餐非常好，酒店的大堂服务人员对住客提出的问询给予细致解答非常满意。
