非常差。房顶发霉。墙面一碰全是灰尘。墙皮也掉了。屋里冷的不行不行的。开空调也不行。窗户边上呼呼的冷风。本来我是已经预付完房间费的。结账时又从押金里面扣除房费。收两次。和前台理论才给退钱。第一次评论酒店。

很好的酒店，住的很舒服，想知道他们酒店的枕头和床垫是什么牌子的，好舒服，对睡眠好。。。每次去天津就去他们家住。

服务还是很好的，这个酒店外观很有气势，大堂也很有辉煌的感觉，地下室有洗浴按摩，二楼有很不错的日料自助餐厅，走廊很长，客房面积很大，窗子打不开，景色一边的客房可以看到天津市政府，一边的客房可以看河景，卫生尚可，卫生间需要增加保洁水平，水龙头里有残渣有些堵塞，配套的细节还有待提升。
