也许是最冷的天气吧！感觉室内温度上不去，开了一个下午时间的空调，晚上室内才21度！酒店整体比较新，但卫生差了点！

总体感觉不错 就是大堂瞒着蛮冷的 服务人员都穿的大衣 点的小太阳 房间里面的墙纸有些地方旧了点。热水特别好 冬天来住的话盖被子还是冷点

位置条件都算可以，但室内太冷，穿衣服盖被子还被冻感冒，实在无语。酒店应该是新建新营业的，人极少，投资不少但配置设施设备欠缺太多。服务更是不规范。

外观上看着就高大上，环境好地理位置优越，房间是湖景房，这个价格真的很合适。在这个地理位置能有这个价格实属不易。周围吃饭的地方也比较方便，停车设施齐全，门口的酒店管理人员也训练有素，就是大堂的同志还是希望能提高业务能力，入住与离店花费的时间略长，服务态度及微笑程度还希望有所提升

太热爱某些北方人民服务上的主人翁态度了，那种“别以为你掏几百块住店我就得给你好脸子”那种。洗澡找不到拖鞋，客房服务没人接，后来总算来了个服务员姐姐送了双拖鞋，我说两个人得两双，她冷哼一声，说不是通知就要一双吗？转身回去又拿了一双，临走翻白眼抱怨：以后说话说清楚，省的我跑两趟....我都笑出声了?? 本来想给服务0分的 但是其他比如大堂早餐厅服务员还是不错的 积极热情。就这服务员姐姐太极品了。考虑到价格宾馆性价比不错，就是给人荒凉的感觉
