第二天临走时洗澡发现花洒淋浴房有大量长发，应该是上一位客人退房后保洁员忘记清扫干净了。我习惯第二天早晨洗澡，所以第二天才发现。不过我也是做服务业的，所以面对这个也表示理解吧。酒店紧临一个mall，非常方便，有超市有餐馆，好像是太古里，时间太久实在想不起来了。

从入住到退房工作人员表现出来很强的服务意识也很友善，房间我觉得没有48平米，你要说有公摊那我无话可说，洗澡间往外漏水漏的太严重了，洗手间里全是水，差点滑一跟头，希望能有所改善

首先地理位置很好，位于海河边上，从天津站到酒店步行最多一刻钟。
其次，行政房可以四点退房很人性化，下次入住恐怕不行政房都不行了。
再次，房间整体不错，温馨舒适。
最后，也算是唯一觉得不够好的地方就是下午茶的甜品味道实在不好，希望可以改进。
