不得不表扬行政酒廊一位戴眼镜的邱先生和美女Carrie Yu服务细致，体贴到位，由于是两位老人带孩子入住一直有点不放心，多亏两位细心照顾，入住期间每次打电话给爸妈，都会对二位服务赞不绝口。到家了，还在念叨，可见二位绝对代表了SHANGRI-LA先进服务理念和主动服务意识，谢谢谢谢！
