装修够了、服务不如连锁快捷、下午入住前台服务就剩一两个人了，晚上十二点开始大堂除了擦地的服务生就没人了、打管家电话也没人，自家下楼找人要拖鞋、来访客根本没人看见，也没人管自己下楼接两趟，睡觉想定个叫早电话根本没人接，自己设置闹铃怕起晚一晚上醒两次根本没睡好…样式很少，中餐的菜一直是只剩汤的状态没人添加、看不到天津之眼

本来房间订好，网上已经收了1200多的房费，我还专门打电话跟酒店方面确认，酒店说去了再交一次房费，就能办入住了。结果去了，交了房费，还要要押金……不就一个小破房间吗，大概30多平米，还要三番五次总共收了3次钱共3000多的房费。这个服务水平我觉得不值。还有那个床，软的让人睡觉不舒服，第二天全身乏力酸痛。这个性价比和周边其它五星级酒店相比，感觉立刻低下去了，还想去吗？下次换换别家再比较。
