老牌遗产酒店，复古怀旧气息浓厚。酒店分前楼（新楼）、后楼（老楼），选择的房子在老喽，床品和房间都很满意，双床均为1.5米大床，睡的舒服。地下一层是利顺德博物馆门票50，入住客人可免费参观，很好的了解饭店发展史，以及天津租界文化。饭店五次更名、历史上许多名人都曾在这里住过，老楼里一部百年电梯展示，一楼过道还有一张范曾先生的字。晚上海维林酒吧周二到周日晚有驻唱女歌手，钢琴加怀旧歌曲仿佛带你回到以往年代。新楼老楼中间连接处为维多利亚花园，刚好碰到婚宴，布置的非常美丽。早餐6:30-10:00，提前跟房间预订140元/位，临时加餐190元/位。早餐品种非常丰富，服务很周到，赞一个。
