服务员的业务水平和态度差异有点大，有的服务员态度很好，有的就有点差劲，感觉管理上还有待提高。很喜欢这种百年老店的气质和古董级的房间。

第一次去天津，订了车票后找酒店，反反复复好多天，冥冥之中最终定在利顺德，入住后才发现，酒店有一百多年历史……这样的酒店，还能找到什么词来点评，又怎么能点评呢。找不到词。我只能说因为利顺德，我爱上天津。
