  具有历史沉淀的酒店,地下室还有博物馆免费参观，房间硬件不错，但客房服务员培训不够，工作有些心不在焉，不主动。客房经理和大堂经理不错，总的来说还是推荐哈！

  不愧为豪华精选酒店,设施一流!入住的是海河翼新楼,大堂高贵典雅. 房间内的装修和陈设也都很上档次, 卫生间很大, 有单独的淋浴间,躺在浴缸里有电视看. 双洗脸盆的设计非常方便实用, 终于实现和lg同时洗脸刷牙不用排队了,呵呵.特喜欢维多利亚咖啡厅的玻璃屋顶,阳光明媚的午后只要不到80元就可以在此美美地享受一顿英式下午茶,点心可以无限加噢. 唯一让人感觉不太舒服是咖啡厅那个穿制服的女服务员态度冷冷的, 没五星的水准. 参观了博物馆翼老楼部分,即使今天看, 当年的大堂也非常富丽堂皇. 水岸中餐厅菜做得不错,服务态度也很好, 我们去得晚,吃得慢,结帐的时候他们早该下班了,即便我磨磨蹭蹭的, 他们也没有一点不耐烦的暗示.
