早餐很好，尤其牛角面包超赞。环境美，服务好，入住看到有孩子，还主动送来了儿童用品，我们没带鼠标垫，服务员打扫房间看到还送了一个，留了纸条，真的很细心。疫情期间，空中花园没开。

酒店对新冠肺炎疫情高度重视，入口处测体温查健康码非常认真！办理住店离店的前台工作人员一看都是老手好手，专业而且迅速，给个大赞????！自助早餐的质量有点对不起丽兹卡尔顿的名气，餐厅工作人员也有点懒散！总而言之，还是非常好的一次体验，下次来天津还是选择这个酒店！
