服务绝对一流，硬件设施在细节上有待提高。
1.牙刷太一般了，与如家等快捷酒店的牙刷没有什么两样；
2.为淋浴间预备的防滑胶垫有些发霉了；
3.这是个设计上的缺陷，淋浴间的地砖不是防滑的！并且浴缸是没有防溅水的帘子，一旦地面有水，极其湿滑，这是个隐患。
丽思卡尔顿的服务确实很好，主动，热情，迎有来声，送有去语，主动搬放行李箱，开车门等等。

夜幕中掩映的城堡啊！古典，柔和，但不是很奢华的那种。灯饰很漂亮，这个走廊下午看很漂亮，透视效果。距离商业区都在二公里内，现在的天气散散步很好。坐落在泰安道上，晚上酒店和路上的灯光很漂亮。很安静。

服务员素质高，餐点用料还可以。房间宽敞，进门电视上的欢迎语让人感觉到很贴心！大堂办理入住有小朋友绘图桌，宝宝很喜欢！对得起价格！下次来天津还会住！
