酒店开业将近10年，没有想象中的那么破旧，950/晚，周末价，含2早餐，偏贵。房间很大，分干湿区，淋浴和浴缸分开的，不应爬进浴缸洗澡，床垫枕头偏软，睡不习惯，客房服务员态度很好。前台服务员办事效率不高，入住等了15分钟。5层的室内泳池不错，孩子喜欢，水温不高。早餐品种多，煎饼果子太咸了，用餐人多时，筷子都被抢没了，服务跟不上，就酱吧……

第一次入住天津君隆威斯汀酒店，总体入住体验不错，酒店干净整洁，有专用地下停车场，酒店的位置很不错，附近就是商业街，晚上可以在附近转转，酒店的泳池很大，孩子特别喜欢，总体入住还不错，以后还会入住！

第一晚入住的时候一个男前台分配了一个很糟糕的房间，开窗对面就是写字楼办公室，而且照不到阳光。第二天里面去前台要求换房间，一个女前台很好地帮忙换到同楼层的城市全景房。这说明前一天晚上的男前台是很恶毒了，一排市景房空着，偏偏给我们安排到一个早上连窗帘也不拉开的房间，因为对面有人办公望得到。而且还是万豪会员，如此对待令人心寒。服务的星星给那个早上的女前台。
