五一和家人一起来燕园酒店度假 ，酒店是庭院景观，安静舒适，景色宜人，前台戈蕊经理非常好，一直帮忙协调房间，家人都很满意，退房时陈盈淼还给孩子送了小礼物，真的非常贴心，入住体验非常好👍有机会还会再来！

杨蕊和张娜服务非常好，夜里办的入住，服务非常优秀，酒店环境不错很安静，升级了行政楼层，太好了。服务很周到很贴心，我入住时间很晚了，但是小姐姐依旧很耐心的帮助我操作各种手续。谢谢🙏

酒店环境各方面都很优秀，设施维护的不错，服务人员也很亲切，前台戈蕊很为客人着想，热情提供帮助，还提前准备发票，前台入住退房效率高。

出差首选的酒店，每次来都帮忙升级房间，还有欢迎水果，一进门就有员工主动拿行李，前台效率也很高，一直送到房间，床也很舒适，特别放松，戈蕊经理亲切热情，有宾至如归的体验！

不错的酒店，交通OK，人不多，价格也可以，前台的工作人员（戈蕊，陈盈淼）服务挺周到的，还升级了房间。早餐整体ok，尤其在疫情期间，当大多数酒店都不提供早餐服务的时候。但是煎饼果子特色不浓。

印象深刻的是办理入住的小女孩，不是一句耐心可以描述的温馨，天津的入住需要查验健康码，能方便熟练的一系列的操作，并没给客户有繁琐的印象。笑盈盈的脸庞，成为了天津最美的记忆。办理退房时，是另外一个女孩，快速准确滴完成了离店手续，点赞。祝永远美丽，年轻！

非常满意的一次入住体验，怕小朋友住的无聊特意订的亲子房，没想到酒店在国庆假期每天都有安排不同的亲子活动，大堂也有给小孩子玩的滑梯，十分的贴心。安排的房间面向前面花园，视野开阔，房间布置的很漂亮，员工服务热情，总之非常满意，以后来天津还会选择这家
