这个酒店第二次住了前几年是喜来登的时候就住过，汽车??刚刚到酒店门口就马上有人迎过来帮助拿行李服务真的好，特别要重点表扬前台??姐姐梁娜因为老公腿不方便做人脸识别她走出服务台帮助完成服务态度超级的好，还有酒店服务员打扫卫生很勤快非常干净亮丽很安静我们又续住了。

酒店交通便利，出行方便，环境优美，服务态度非常好👍在北方城市有这么贴心的服务让我惊喜，前台李小姐彬彬有礼，看我们带孩子不但送了2份礼物，还免费帮我们升级了套房，房间送一份水果。非常感谢！来天津玩的朋友一定推荐天津燕园国际大酒店👍

出差这么多年，这应该是我住过最大的房间了，因为原本定的房间没有双床，酒店免费升级了公寓套房，一个客厅，两个卫生间，三个卧室，感觉房间有一百五十平方，健身馆，泳池都很好，早餐丰盛，服务人员态度热情，同事过生日还给送了蛋糕，前台办理入住的姑娘礼貌热情，颜值超高，下次来天津还会入住的，感谢燕园酒店和各位提供的超高水准的服务。
