客房设施比较齐全，床感觉高了点，第一天入住，发觉枕头有味道，感觉之前住客离开时客房服务员没更换枕套，第二天叫楼房服务员换了才枕套才觉得好点。客房里的冰箱不制冷，打电话咨询，服务员有礼貌委婉地回答：冰箱恒温，不制冷。br 所到之处服务员皆有礼貌，除了游泳池和健身中心对住客免费，其余均需收费，例如，第一天问有无乒乓球台可租用？答曰：可以，要收费，当时没带衣服球拍没使用，第二天去玩，问题来了：负责的服务员说乒乓球室很高温，就算开空调也难熬，具体情况请我们移步现场就知道了，结果到那里一看，球室放满了桌椅杂物，球台靠在一边，根本不像要准备提供服务给客人使用的样子！如果无此项服务可以不要罗列出来，既然有这样的服务提供给客人，是否可以提供的令人满意的服务呢？br 中餐厅的出品还是不错的，味道可以，有几个菜式值得推荐！龙吧的德国啤酒好喝～食材新鲜现做，套餐份量足！赞！

酒店好旧了，所谓的针刺浴就一个花洒头给你冲一下。积水一潭。连拖鞋也没有提供，换衣服要在公用卫生间里接。体验感太差。

还不错，女儿很喜欢，房间很大，小镇欧洲建筑比较漂亮！配套少了点，娱乐消遣项目较少，吃饭较贵
